Job Summary
Produce lighting drawing layouts and enlarged details in CAD and Revit, and build photometric calculations from Rhino 3D models. Join client, architect, and manufacturer meetings to stay updated on ongoing commercial and residential projects, while managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Ensure all documentation adheres to U.S. standards and project requirements, contributing technical input to enhance functionality and aesthetics. This part-time hybrid role requires three years of experience, proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD, and knowledge of lighting codes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar architectural lighting design role
- Proven experience working on commercial and residential projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Lighting Design
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of lighting codes, regulations, and standards
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on streamlining processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AGI32
- Knowledge of InDesign and Excel
