Job Summary
Architect Inspector at AECOM in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Conduct comprehensive inspections of architectural elements, structural components, and construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, building codes, and Saudi regulations. Produce detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations, verify quality, coordinate with project managers, contractors, and teams, maintain inspection records and schedules, stay current with codes and best practices, and support corrective actions to maintain project integrity and safety. Must have a proven track record with 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or related oversight, strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency with CAD/BIM tools, and effective English communication. Prefer professional inspection certifications or related credentials. In-person onboarding is required as part of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven 10 years of experience in architectural inspection, quality assurance, or construction site oversight
- Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and architectural specifications
- Proficiency with CAD software and building information modeling (BIM) tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
