Job Summary
Assist the Architecture Department Lead in conceptualizing and designing architectural projects for commercial and institutional markets. Create and review drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp while researching building codes and regulations. Prepare visual presentations, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design concepts to clients, contractors, and project teams. Conduct site visits to inspect progress and support technical documentation for bidding and construction. Collaborate on developing design solutions throughout various project phases. Bachelor's degree in architecture and active AIT or RA registration required. Portfolio submission is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Active professional registration (Architect in Training, AIT or Registered Architect, RA)
- Portfolio required as part of the application
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or professional internships in architectural firms preferred
