Job Summary
Architect III to lead and contribute to the Architectural Design Team. Responsibilities include developing architectural concepts across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects; supporting design briefs through research and client/consultant collaboration; producing design outputs such as sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings; coordinating with junior team members; working with technical teams to transition concepts into detailed design; staying informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies; participating in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations. Requirements: professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent), minimum 8 years of experience; strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Grasshopper a plus; excellent communication and collaboration skills; commitment to sustainable and innovative design practices. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Remote: in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD; familiarity with Grasshopper a plus
- Strong freehand sketching and presentation abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices
