Architect II

Architect II role requiring a licensed architect with a professional architecture degree and 6+ years’ experience. Responsible for developing design and documentation, producing construction documents, leading portions of presentations, coordinating with internal teams and sub-consultants, and guiding junior staff. Demonstrates design solution development, space planning, and adherence to Building, ADA and Life/Safety codes. Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD with strong visualization and communication skills; contributes to budgeting, cost management, and value engineering; expects involvement in project meetings, client presentations, and site coordination, with travel to work sites as needed.
