Architect II

Lead design and technical efforts across multiple project phases, contributing to project strategy, client engagement, and team leadership. Manage complex tasks independently by coordinating with consultants, supporting project delivery through high-quality documentation, and overseeing production of construction documents. Serve as a key contributor to project success by mentoring junior staff, guiding design development, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Principals. Conduct advanced design analyses, evaluate materials for constructability and sustainability, and facilitate design meetings with clarity.
