Job Summary
Architect I on Data Center and Industrial projects responsible for delivering architectural design from concept to construction documentation, developing layouts and detailed drawings using BIM tools (Revit), coordinating with Architecture, MEP, and Structures teams including international leads, supporting with technical drafting and design tools, collaborating across time zones and cultures to ensure high-quality outcomes, and contributing to the team’s digital initiative and process automation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related equivalent
- minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Center and mission critical facility design/Industrial
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven capability across all project stages from concept to IFC and construction support
- Strong understanding of data center/industrial facilities planning and redundancy concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD; Visualization tools are a plus
- Experience with international teams and global delivery models; German projects a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for digital initiative and process automation
