Job Summary
Lead team planning, develop solutions to technical and design detail problems, and supervise preparation of technical drawings by less senior architects. Establish and maintain project budget and schedule while ensuring construction documentation conforms to QA/QC and HOK Best Practice standards. Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions and BIM elements, mentor staff through professional development and lessons learned sessions, and foster collaborative relationships with the Project Leadership Team. Communicate with clients to verify design requirements and deliver final presentations, while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and manage scope. Prepare client presentations, attend on-site visits and field reviews, and support project managers with work plans and meeting minutes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 7 plus years' experience
- current registration in your region
