Job Summary
Architect with Healthcare specialization to lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects, coordinate design development and construction phases, manage client relationships, and mentor team while supporting studio management with programming and resourcing input. Requires RIBA Part 3, ARB registration, 10+ years’ experience on UK healthcare/science projects, proficiency in Revit/BIM, strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety, and proven leadership and communication skills to drive both large and smaller projects from design development through to documentation and onsite coordination.
Required Qualifications
- RIBA Part 3 qualified
- ARB registered
- minimum 10 years qualification
- experience on UK healthcare and potentially science projects
- experience leading larger projects and day-to-day leadership for smaller projects
- working knowledge of Revit and BIM
- strong knowledge of building regulations, design standards and best practice
- strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
