Job Summary
Conduct complex architectural and design assignments by establishing design direction, developing technical drawings and specifications, and managing project schedules and budgets. Produce equipment schedules and quantity take-off reports while evaluating alternative systems through feasibility and operating studies. Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring quality control standards are met and budgets are adhered to. Travel to job sites as needed and mentor junior staff. Keep current on architectural methods, codes, processes, and materials. Assist with business development and proposal completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 5+ years of architectural experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and other construction/site systems
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting industry preferred
