Architect

Architect responsible for design and preparation of building plans under general supervision. Responsibilities include presenting project design to Leaders for review, inspecting improvement projects and assessing acceptance of construction work, reviewing building plans and site designs for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, and code/compliance adherence, preparing reports and correspondence, researching and supervising construction of building projects, and consulting with clients to determine functional/spatial requirements and prepare design details, specifications, materials, costs, and construction time. The role requires knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials; strong communication and presentation skills; and the ability to work with MS Office tools.
