Architect

Architect (full-time) in Pittsburgh, PA responsible for leading design from concept through construction documents and administration. Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and a valid Architect License, with at least 2 years of post-degree design experience or an equivalent alternative (Bachelor’s with 5 years). Responsibilities include developing multiple design strategies, selecting building systems and materials, leading all project phases, coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants, and regulators, conducting occupancy studies and zoning analyses, producing detailed 2D/3D drawings and specifications, and guiding construction administration through contractor coordination, RFI responses, and shop drawings. Proficiency in BIM software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, Enscape) and experience delivering Design Development, Schematic Design, and Construction Documents sets is required. Incidental telecommuting may apply; salary range is $90,376.00 to $102,300.00 commensurate with experience.
