Job Summary
Assist with technical planning and execution of projects from inception through completion on schedule and within budget. Begin directing, mentoring, and reviewing the work of team members and consultants. Manage construction aspects including site visits, communication, and documentation to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate specification components of contract documents and prepare presentation materials such as drawings and models for client meetings. This role sits within Flad's San Diego team, which specializes in Science & Technology, Higher Education, and Developer markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of architectural experience, working with multi-disciplinary teams on relevant projects
- Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in design thinking and presentation media
- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino and/or SketchUp
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional registration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with one of Flad's market segments
- Experience with AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Sustainability accreditation
