Job Summary
Bridge the gap between Axis and the consultant community by driving thought leadership, educating specifiers, and building a strong project pipeline through product specification. Cultivate relationships with A&E programme members, advise on network product specifications, and train users on design tools to improve system accuracy. Align regional priorities with sales teams to develop new initiatives and collaborate globally to share best practices. This home-office role covers the UK Midlands and South West, requiring regular travel to Nordic countries. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans that deliver strong results
- Engaging presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience building and nurturing professional networks and stakeholder relationships
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Regular travel primarily across the UK Midlands and South West region, with occasional trips to the Nordic countries
