Job Summary
Support the Project Manager in developing architectural concepts and design solutions for transportation and metro-related buildings. Produce and coordinate project drawings, presentations, renderings, and design documentation from concept through detailed design stages. Prepare high-quality deliverables for client submissions while collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and deadlines through active participation in project meetings, workshops, and design reviews. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 2–5 years of experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and rendering software is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
- 2–5 years of professional architectural experience
- Experience in transportation, metro, rail transit
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Independent, responsible, and capable of managing assigned workstreams
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Rhino
- Grasshopper
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- PS/Ind/Ai
- Enscape V-Ray or equivalent rendering software
