Job Summary
Plan, design, and manage construction documents for projects while coordinating with engineers and consultants. Collaborate with Project Leads and Designers to maintain architectural standards, templates, and workflows across various project types. Assist in layout of preliminary site plans, create presentation drawings for clients, and update existing drawings in the portfolio. Review and revise concept plans with clients, and mentor younger staff through collaboration on project work. This entry-level role includes direct training with gradual onboarding of responsibilities under current managers.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 4- or 5-year degree in Architecture
- 6-14 years of working experience in a design firm
- experience with Revit
- project experience working in Autodesk Revit
- experience with Bluebeam
- experience with Microsoft
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to work on multiple types of project types and markets
