Job Summary
Lead the architectural vision for a next-generation data layer designed for Agentic AI, defining high-performance schemas and orchestrating hybrid-database environments (Snowflake/Kinetica/NoSQL) while serving as the primary technical liaison for customers. Design multi-tenant schemas and Knowledge Graph ontologies enabling advanced reasoning for AI agents, oversee database health, security and performance to ensure near-constant availability, and front the client to align architectural roadmaps with business objectives. Drive performance benchmarks for data latency and retrieval accuracy to support real-time agentic workflows; bring expertise in data orchestration patterns (CDC, streaming, batch), semantic layering, and secure, API-first data tooling for AI agents. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in data engineering or related architecture roles
- Strong System Architecture and data-layer design experience
- Proficiency with Snowflake and Kinetica
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs and ontology design
- DBA skills including partitioning, indexing, and scaling in cloud environments
- Experience with ETL/ELT, Change Data Capture, streaming and batch data orchestration
- Knowledge of RBAC and Row-Level Security in an AI context
- API-first data layer design for agentic AI integrations
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid-stack familiarity and cloud-native data architectures
