Job Summary
Assist on full life cycle projects by generating creative design solutions within functional parameters and translating concepts into images. Participate in exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions while assisting with contract administration responsibilities. Coordinate with a variety of consultants and prepare all stages of design documentation. Demonstrate strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing while collaborating in a diverse project team environment. This in-office role requires Monday through Friday attendance during standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture
- Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- 1+ years of experience
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
- Performing construction administration
- Consultant coordination
- Master planning
- Conceptual design
- Technical excellence
- Detailing
- Coordinating project deliverables
- Coordinating with clients
- Collaborating in a diverse project team environment
- Confident presentation ability
- In-office position
- Physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours

- Revit proficiency
- Experience with other 3D software
