Job Summary
Lead forensic architectural investigations to determine cause and origin of damage for residential and commercial properties, manage multiple projects, supervise team, and prepare technical reports and proposals; conduct research, apply architectural principles per codes and standards, communicate updates to staff and clients, and travel locally and nationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Registered Architect license in Hawaii
- Experience with premises and walking surface investigations, including product defect cases
- Ability to inspect homes, roofs and crawlspaces
- Working knowledge of building structures and the construction process
- Experience writing technical reports
- Project management experience
- Supervisory experience
