Job Summary
Architect with 15+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM implementation experience, including 12+ years in D365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations, and Customer Engagement. Proven track record delivering D365 implementations for APAC contexts, with certifications in D365 F&O Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate. Skilled in system integration using Logic Apps, Boomi, SnapLogic or other middleware, implementing Dynamics out-of-the-box and custom Copilot AI agents, and delivering projects with Agile methodologies and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM or similar product Implementation
- 12+ years’ practical experience in D365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations and Customer Engagement
- Experience with D365 Implementation for APAC countries
- Certifications – D365 F&O Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate certification mandatory
- Experience supporting System Integration using Logic app, Boomi, Snaplogic or other middleware
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics out-of-box and custom Copilot AI agents
- Experience delivering using Agile methodologies
- Experience with Continuous Integration/DevOps methodology using Azure DevOps
