Job Summary
Perform work on all phases of architectural projects, including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings. Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents while researching materials for appropriate selection. Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from initial programming through construction administration, reviewing submittals and assisting the project manager. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems. This role requires a licensed architect with minimum 3 years' experience in aviation or commercial architecture, proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aviation or commercial architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture
- Licensed with Aviation design experience
- Demonstrated experience using REVIT Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop software
