Job Summary
Facilitate certification of green building projects and execute national and international initiatives. Design and develop rating systems while conducting training programs for industry stakeholders. Analyze construction applications to identify improvement opportunities and write technical proposals for multiple simultaneous projects. Work extensively across different environments, requiring significant travel and the ability to collaborate within diverse teams. Apply basic engineering principles to support green building activities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
Required Qualifications
- 0-12 years of work experience in construction industry / green building consultancy / facilitation
- M.Arch, M.Tech in (Civil, Mechanical), preferred
- Minimum 65% throughout required
- Understand and apply basic engineering principles for construction applications
- Ability to analyze & identify improvement opportunities
- Capability to work on national projects on green building related activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Good Presentation skills
- Writing Technical Proposals
- Willingness to travel & work in different work environments
- Able to work in teams
- Self-driven, have missionary zeal and aptitude for learning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
