Job Summary
Develop comprehensive architectural documentation and drawing packages from design development through construction execution, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and Good for Construction drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate design integration and smooth project delivery across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors. Review and update drawings based on site requirements, consultant inputs, and client feedback while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. Assist in project coordination and technical documentation to support site execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture or related field
- Relevant work experience in interior design, including internships or previous positions
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and concepts
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a strong understanding of design principles
