Job Summary
Develop concepts based on given criteria, modify designs using feedback, and lead small teams on a task-by-task basis. Collaborate with team members to determine the best approach while increasing technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other modeling and rendering programs. Prepare presentations, schematic design, design development, contract documents, model building, and rendering, alongside construction administration. Adhere strictly to budgets, timelines, and schedules while adhering to all project requirements. Work independently with little supervision across all facets of the design process.
Required Qualifications
- A professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited school
- 5+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs such as Rhino
- Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documentation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a collaborative, professional manner
- Able to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learn
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Licensed Architect OR actively pursuing and on track for future licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience across all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
