Job Summary
Lead projects from concept through construction; develop drawings, specs, and construction documents; coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil); support permitting, code review, and zoning; participate in site visits, RFIs, and client coordination; requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program and licensure as an Architect in Louisiana, with 4–10 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (Revit a plus); highly collaborative, design-driven culture with diverse project exposure and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Architect (Louisiana)
- 4–10 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (Revit is a plus)
- Strong design + technical skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
