Architect 4

Licensed Architect needed near Fort Lauderdale to perform all phases of architectural work for commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects. Responsibilities include independently overseeing and planning architectural aspects from pre-design through construction administration, final specifications and materials approval, managing client relationships and project budgets, coordinating sub-consultants, producing construction documents with AutoCAD Architecture, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and standards. Must have strong design, coordination, and communication skills, with 6–8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Florida licensure and LEED/advanced credentials are desirable.
