Job Summary
Senior Architect responsible for leading project delivery across design development, documentation, and construction. Serves as SME on specialized architectural systems, guiding the technical aspects of projects. Collaborates with Project Management, fellow Architects, and consultants to deliver successful projects, while working with Practice Leaders to develop technical solutions, product strategies, and innovative design approaches. Leads construction coordination to ensure compliance with quality standards and construction documents, oversees all phases from technical design to construction phase services, and ensures compliance with building codes and systems coordination. Requires licensure or non-registered graduate status with 8+ years of related experience, proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling and visualization, and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive teamwork, and client-facing coordination within Baker Barrios Architects, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed professional or non-registered graduate in Architecture
- 8+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization
