Required Qualifications

• •Must be at least the age of 18
• •Minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED)
• •1-3 months of related experience or training
• •Equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
• •Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• •Must be flexible to work an assigned shift scheduled between 4pm-9pm Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm Saturday and 11am-6pm Sunday
• •Schedule is generally 1-2 nights/week and every other weekend
• •Average Hours per week: 20-25 Hours
• •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• •Ability to write routine reports and correspondences
• •Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
