Job Summary
Teach instructional, hands-on archery classes to diverse students, covering body alignment, shot execution, and muscle group corrections while providing constructive feedback. Assist in creating curriculum with visual aids and handouts, and support all Academy events including tournaments, off-site demonstrations, and leagues. Promote sales through additional classes and equipment to existing students. Requires USA Archery Level 2 certification within 60 days of hire, experience teaching adults and children, and availability for weekends and evenings. Includes medical, dental, and vision eligibility starting the first month after hire, plus 401K, paid time off, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification within 60 days of hire
- Experience teaching adults and children on an introductory level
- Must be available to work Weekends and Evenings
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Successful background screening
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
