Job Summary
Oversee, maintain, and repair arcade and bowling machines by responding to customer complaints, analyzing mechanisms for root causes, and assisting with installation and circuitry issues. Identify common component problems in controls and audio systems while performing daily maintenance tasks and keeping the workshop clean and organized. Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays to support business needs, including overtime as required. Lift up to 100lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods in a loud, active environment.
