Arcade Supervisor

Create an exciting atmosphere for guests while achieving arcade and attraction sales targets. Manage redemption store inventory levels and displays to meet company standards. Prepare and manage team member schedules, assign specific duties, and assist in recruiting and hiring staff. Oversee employee training on POS systems, service protocols, and operational standards throughout the location. Analyze game payouts and support the retail-style prize center operations. Work directly with the Arcade Manager to exceed sales goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
