Job Summary

Respond to customer complaints regarding machine malfunctions by analyzing mechanisms to identify root causes. Assist the Facility manager with installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade and bowling machines. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks while keeping the workshop clean and organized. Identify common problems with controls and audio systems and report irregular issues to upper management. Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays to support business needs in a loud, active environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs
  • Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and respect for everyone
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Appreciation for diversity (thought, ethnicity, gender, etc.)
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times
  • Ability to use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance

Desired Qualifications

  • Two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
