Job Summary
Respond promptly to game malfunctions and assist Attractions Management with operational tasks, guest issues, and customer service opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of games and arcade areas, including cleaning and merchandise restocking, while ensuring all safety requirements are met and fire regulations are followed. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, proactively identify maintenance issues, and collaborate on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance while maintaining detailed records. Ensure all games are functional, correctly placed, safely plugged in, and stocked with necessary props. Follow safety standards rigorously, report violations, and ensure proper opening/closing procedures with timely checklist submission. Stay calm and act quickly during emergencies, remain accessible by phone and radio, and work independently with minimal supervision. This full-time role offers day, night, and weekend availability.
