Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade machines, gaming consoles, and VR equipment. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all gaming equipment. Assist with the installation and setup of new games and attractions. Provide technical support to ensure a seamless gaming experience for customers. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for enhancing the gaming environment. Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical or repair role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
