Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade machines, gaming consoles, and VR equipment. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all gaming equipment. Assist with installation and setup of new games and attractions. Provide technical support to ensure a seamless gaming experience for customers. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for enhancing the gaming environment. Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver license
- Previous experience in a amusement industry role preferred
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Advanced computer knowledge
- IT Support experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
