Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade machines, gaming consoles, and VR equipment. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all gaming equipment. Assist with the installation and setup of new games and attractions. Provide technical support to ensure a seamless gaming experience for customers. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for enhancing the gaming environment. Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed. Proactively diagnose and fix hardware/software issues, manage inventory and parts, and document performance. Maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong communication and teamwork to minimize downtime and ensure optimal gameplay experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver license
- Previous experience in the amusement industry as a game repair technician highly desired
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Advanced computer knowledge
- IT Support experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
