Arcade Attendant

Welcome guests, explain game rules, answer questions, and help resolve minor concerns. Monitor games for proper operation, spot issues quickly, and troubleshoot basic problems. Keep arcade, redemption, and raceway areas tidy by wiping machines, collecting trash, and maintaining a clean presentation. Enforce arcade guidelines to promote guest safety and positive behavior. Coordinate with the arcade team and partner departments; escalate issues to leadership when needed. Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED. Previous arcade experience preferred; bilingual ability is a plus. Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
