Job Summary
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service; operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and vouchers; stay informed about promotions, returns, exchanges, and security procedures; maintain records of daily sales and transactions; monitor arcade floor for safety and address security concerns; assist guests with questions about games, activities, and merchandise; load tickets and prizes, restock displays, demonstrate games, and troubleshoot token/ticket jams; assist with light game maintenance and move equipment as needed; perform general cleaning and assist with inventory and organization; flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
