Job Summary
Greet and assist guests, operate point-of-sale systems for cash and vouchers, and maintain daily sales records. Monitor the arcade floor for safety risks, answer game and merchandise questions, and handle guest complaints professionally. Clean games, tables, and counters; restock displays; load tickets and prizes; and troubleshoot token or ticket jams. Perform minor game maintenance, assist with moving equipment, conduct inventory, and manage trash removal. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.
