Arcade Attendant

Greet and assist guests while operating point-of-sale systems to handle cash, credit, and vouchers accurately. Monitor the arcade floor for safety risks, answer game and merchandise questions, and load tickets and prizes into machines. Clean games, tables, counters, and shelves; troubleshoot token or ticket jams; and conduct inventory to assist with stocking items. Maintain records for daily sales and transactions, handle guest complaints professionally, and perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager. High school diploma required; ability to lift 30 pounds and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
