Arcade Attendant

Greet guests, operate point-of-sale systems, and handle cash, credit, and vouchers accurately. Monitor the arcade floor for safety concerns, answer questions about games and merchandise, and load tickets and prizes into machines. Clean games, tables, counters, and shelves; conduct inventory; and troubleshoot token or ticket jams. Perform minor game maintenance, move equipment, and take out trash to ensure a tidy environment. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Maintain records related to daily sales and transactions while staying informed about promotions and security procedures.
