Job Summary
Operate cash register, arcade redemption, and POS systems to process sales transactions accurately. Handle cash, card payments, balance cash drawer at end of shifts. Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and resolve inquiries promptly. Perform janitorial duties in the checkout area and keep workspace organized. Assist with lifting/heavy items to support stock replenishment and arcade organization; work in a fast-paced, team-oriented arcade environment offering a family-friendly experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cashiering or retail customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds safely
