Job Summary
Respond to emails from Operations requesting assistance with Accounting-related questions or issues, then research root causes to determine the path to resolution. Follow up to ensure end results are obtained and collaborate with Accounting units to verify requests are completed. Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system while performing duties as otherwise assigned. Prioritize teaching clients how to find answers over simply providing them.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good eye for detail
- 2-5 years of relevant experience

- Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer
- Are able to work independently and provide results
