ARC Sales and Production Associate

Conduct store operations by serving customers courteously, handling donations with respect, and maintaining a clean, clutter-free work environment. Sort, price, stock, and rag out merchandise across multiple departments including garments, shoes, accessories, linens, books, toys, furniture, and electrical items in accordance with the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Operate cash registers, process sales reports, and ensure proper category and color coding of all displayed goods. Report theft, complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to management. Perform general maintenance duties such as cleaning sales floors, bathrooms, and performing lawn work as needed. Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct and work habits for beneficiaries.
