Job Summary

ARC Research Manager – Quantitative Research, Data Innovation leads end-to-end quantitative research workstreams across global and regional studies, driving innovation in delivery through AI, automation, and advanced analytics. The role balances hands-on research execution (fieldwork, sample management, data quality, analytics) with oversight of reporting and storytelling to clients, while collaborating with data processing, visualization, and analytics teams to pilot and scale new approaches; requires strong methodological rigor, experience with AI-enabled tools, and proficiency in common analytics software. Corporate security and governance responsibilities are included.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in primary quantitative market research
  • strong understanding of end to end survey research
  • hands-on experience with advanced quantitative methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint/Discrete Choice, Driver’s Analysis, Segmentation)
  • working knowledge of statistical or analytical programming tools (R or similar)
  • ability to evaluate AI vs traditional methods
  • ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • clear communicator with stakeholders
  • proactive problem solving
