Job Summary
Coordinate intake systems for The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by developing referral networks, interviewing applicants, and processing paperwork to maintain full capacity. Maintain weekly house tracking systems, update beneficiary assignments, and compile time cards. Assist in crisis interventions, operate compliance screening equipment, and submit statistical reports within three business days. Provide professional conduct and supervision support for the work therapy program component. Attend weekly staff meetings, retreats, and conferences as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree in related field preferred
- CADC or comparative residential and rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
