Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, fixtures, and equipment under the direction of the Administrator/Director of Business. Perform minor repairs, light carpentry, interior and exterior painting, extermination, snow shoveling, lawn and garden care, and parking lot patching and striping. This role supports the Adult Rehabilitation Center's mission to provide a clean, healthy living environment for residents through recycling and repair work. A high school diploma, relevant experience, and a valid driver's license are preferred.
