ARC Assistant Store Manager

Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a hospitable work environment, manage sales associate scheduling, and oversee payroll. Drive the team toward meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals while ensuring the store remains well-stocked and displays are properly maintained. Receive applications, participate in interviews, and provide training, direction, and supervision to staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations. Maintain excellent customer service relationships and hold personnel accountable for policy compliance. A valid driver's license is required, with supervisory and sales experience preferred.
