ARC Assistant Store Manager

Work cooperatively with the Store Manager to create a pleasant work environment, maintain customer service relationships, and hold staff accountable for policies. Assist with scheduling Sales Associates, completing payroll, meeting sales and budget goals, and ensuring the store is well-stocked with properly displayed production. Receive applications, participate in interviews, assist in training, direct and supervise personnel, and conduct regular evaluations to identify performance strengths and development areas. The Assistant Store Manager role supports store operations at a Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, which provides rehabilitation services through the collection and resale of gently used goods. A high school diploma, ability to read financial reports, and valid driver's license are required.
