Job Summary
Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service; maintain inventory; manage and prep food safely; ensure top-notch quality in all our food products; operate cash registers; maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant; provide excellent guest service. This is a part-time team member role with opportunities to grow into other roles within the travel center and restaurant environments. Weekly pay, meals, and benefits are offered according to eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to maintain Arby's processes and policies
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in a similar position (preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred)
